FreePNGTuber is a browser-based creator tool and practical guide library for four-state PNGTuber avatars. It is designed for creators who want a simpler alternative to a webcam or fully rigged VTuber model.

What the maker creates
A completed character job produces four consistent transparent states based on one original character description:
- A · Talking: eyes open and mouth open.
- B · Quiet: eyes open and mouth closed.
- C · Blink + talk: eyes closed and mouth open.
- D · Blink: eyes closed and mouth closed.
The result page exposes protected downloads for each state and a downloadable .veadomini pack for Veadotube Mini. Once the character is complete, optional actions can create a matching stream background and 1920×600 Twitch banner.
How generation works
FreePNGTuber uses AI-assisted image generation and editing to turn a written character description into a consistent state set. The separate pose and emotion field controls body language without replacing the core identity prompt.
Generated artwork can contain mistakes. Creators should inspect the face, hairstyle, outfit, accessories, hands, transparency and expression states before using any file publicly. The site does not present AI output as automatically correct or artist-drawn.
What FreePNGTuber does not create
- It does not create a rigged Live2D or 3D model.
- It is not a standalone modular stream overlay editor.
- It does not replace Veadotube Mini, PNGTuber Plus or OBS.
- It does not guarantee that every generated character will be error-free.
- It does not provide official support for third-party products.
The tool creates the visual character assets. Desktop avatar software handles microphone reactions, and broadcasting software assembles the final stream scene.
Guest access and accounts
Visitors can try three character creations before an account is required. Account features provide a private creation library and protected artifact access. Generated files are not intentionally exposed as public upload URLs.

How the guides are maintained
The PNGTuber Guides section is maintained alongside the product. Workflows are checked against the current FreePNGTuber interface and, where relevant, linked to official documentation from the software or platform being discussed.
Guides distinguish verified product behavior from general design advice. They also state important limitations—for example, the Twitch banner action is available only after a character completes, and background dimensions should be adapted to the OBS canvas actually used.

Independence and third-party names
FreePNGTuber is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, OBS Project, Veadotube Mini, PNGTuber Plus, Discord or the owners of other products mentioned in the guides.
Third-party names are used only to explain compatibility, setup workflows and platform context. Current downloads, requirements and policies should always be checked on the respective official websites.
