This Privacy Policy explains how FreePNGTuber handles information when you use the website, create a PNGTuber, download generated files or create an account.
Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- account information, such as a username and email address;
- character descriptions, pose and emotion instructions, and generation settings;
- generated PNG images, previews and Veadotube Mini project files;
- guest identifiers and cookies used to count free creations and reconnect a browser to a recent job;
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs.
Do not include passwords, financial information, private medical information or other sensitive personal data in a character prompt.
Why we process this information
We use information to provide character generation and downloads, maintain account libraries, enforce creation limits, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service and improve the user experience.
AI-assisted generation
Character prompts and generation instructions may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure used to produce or edit images. Those providers may process request data according to their own service terms and privacy practices. FreePNGTuber does not ask users to place sensitive personal information in prompts.
Guest creations and accounts
A guest browser receives an identifier used to associate it with creation jobs and enforce the free trial limit. Creating an account makes it possible to associate eligible creations with the account library. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or using privacy tools may affect guest recovery.
Cookies
FreePNGTuber uses cookies or similar browser storage required for sessions, security, guest creation tracking and account access. These functional technologies are necessary for the service to operate.
Optional analytics
FreePNGTuber uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and which creator tools are useful. Analytics cookie storage is denied by default and is enabled only when a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” Before consent, Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless technical signals. When analytics is allowed, Google may process page URLs, referrers, approximate location, browser and device information, and interaction events such as a generation starting, completing, failing or an artifact being downloaded.
We do not send character prompts, generated images, filenames, usernames or email addresses to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Visitors can change their choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
Storage and retention
Prompts, job records and generated assets may be retained while needed to provide downloads, account history, security, troubleshooting and legal compliance. Storage duration can vary by record type and operational requirements. Old jobs and files may be deleted, and the service should not be treated as permanent backup storage.
Sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure, hosting, security and AI service providers when necessary to operate FreePNGTuber. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell character prompts as a customer list.
Your responsibilities and choices
You may choose not to create an account, although account creation can be required after the guest trial limit. You can remove local cookies through browser settings. Account holders may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to security, legal and technical limitations.
Security
We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect service data. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Children
FreePNGTuber is not intended to collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent to online services in their jurisdiction. A parent or guardian should supervise use when required by local law.
International processing
Hosting and service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Data protection rules can differ between jurisdictions.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest published revision.

Content safety and abuse prevention
To prevent violent, illegal, abusive, or otherwise harmful use, generation prompts and generated images may be reviewed by the site administrator and mirrored to a private moderation channel operated through Discord.
For signed-in members, the public account display name may accompany the moderation record. Email addresses are not sent to the moderation channel. Requests made without an account are labelled as guest requests.
This information is used only for content safety, abuse prevention, incident investigation, and service security, and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
