What to include
Send only the details needed to understand the issue:
- A short subject such as account, download/access, image issue, privacy request, bug report, or feedback.
- The job ID, if the issue concerns a creation.
- The approximate date, time, and time zone when it happened.
- Your browser and device, when relevant.
- A concise description, the steps that led to the problem, and the exact error message.
- One screenshot if it helps, after removing unrelated personal information.
Never email passwords, authentication codes, API keys, access tokens, payment details, private keys, or identity documents. FreePNGTuber does not need these to investigate a support request.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests, use Privacy request in the subject and write from the email connected to your account when possible. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
Information sent to this address is used for support, security, troubleshooting, and handling your request. Support correspondence may be retained when needed for resolution, security, or legal compliance. Read the Privacy Policy for the full retention and data-handling information.
Quick checks before writing
- Refresh the page and sign in again if the session appears stale.
- Confirm that you are using the intended account.
- Try a current version of another browser or device.
- Record the exact error and approximate time if the action still fails.
Third-party apps and platforms
We can investigate FreePNGTuber pages, accounts, jobs, and downloads. We cannot repair third-party accounts or software such as Twitch, Discord, OBS, Veadotube Mini, or PNGTuber Plus. For faults inside those products, use their official support or documentation.
