These Terms of Use govern access to FreePNGTuber, including the PNGTuber Maker, generated images, Veadotube Mini project downloads and account features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
FreePNGTuber provides AI-assisted tools that create character image states and related downloadable files from user instructions. Features, limits, providers and supported file formats may change as the service develops.
Accounts and guest access
Guest users can try a limited number of character creations before an account is required. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to evade generation limits by manipulating identifiers, accounts or requests.
Your prompts and uploads
You must have the right to submit every prompt, reference or other input you provide. Do not request content that violates law, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information, malware or material intended to attack the service.
Generated content
AI-assisted output can contain mistakes, artifacts or unexpected similarities. FreePNGTuber does not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, suitable for a particular platform, or free from every possible third-party claim.
You are responsible for reviewing generated images and confirming that your intended use complies with applicable laws, platform rules and third-party rights. Generation of an image is not legal clearance or trademark registration.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- interfere with the website, worker, API, storage or security controls;
- automate excessive requests or bypass account and trial limits;
- probe for secrets or access another user’s prompts, jobs or files;
- use the service to distribute malware, fraud, harassment or illegal material;
- impersonate another person or falsely claim official affiliation;
- resell access to the service itself without written permission.
Downloads and storage
Download and back up completed files promptly. Generation jobs, previews and account library items may be removed because of retention limits, maintenance, abuse controls or service changes. FreePNGTuber is not a permanent file-hosting or archival service.
Third-party services
The service can rely on hosting, AI generation, authentication or external software providers. References to Veadotube Mini, OBS, Discord or other products are descriptive and do not imply sponsorship or affiliation. Third-party products are governed by their own terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access or guaranteed generation times. Maintenance, provider limits, network failures, moderation, security incidents or other events may delay or prevent a job.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements, unpaid obligations if paid features are introduced, or material violations of these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be provided for experimental or AI-assisted output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FreePNGTuber is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from generated content, unavailable downloads, third-party services or use of the service. Users remain responsible for reviewing and backing up their work.
Changes
These terms may be updated as features or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Content generation and upload rules
- No nudity or sexually explicit content.
- No extreme violence.
- No sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- No requests for third-party copyrighted or trademarked characters, franchises, logos or protected designs.
- You must have the rights and permission for every image you upload.
Any violation will result in an immediate and permanent ban from FreePNGTuber.
